Can I call you a fucking idiot?

Specifically for number 4?

People who work in food service are discriminated against by employers.

As you stated, the skills learned aren’t relevant (such as teamwork, courtesy, humility, or leadership.)

Those skills, along with the willingness to learn, persevere, and try new things, can sometimes trump prerequisite knowledge over time.

Design can be taught in on-the-job training within 1–4 years, depending on the teacher and the position.

If you haven’t spent part of your life in some role learning at least some of the skills listed above, I would not hire you long term.
